Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before placing an order with Ecoglaze Group Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms apply to the supply and installation of our Full product range and form a legally binding contract between you ("you", "the customer") and Ecoglaze Group Ltd.
1. Orders and Contract

A contract is formed when you accept our written quote or confirm an order in writing (email, signed quote, online confirmation, etc.).

All orders are subject to survey, technical assessment, and availability of materials.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if any errors or issues are identified during the survey or if materials are no longer available.
2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

A deposit of 40% or more is required upon order confirmation. The balance is due as agreed in the payment schedule (e.g. upon delivery, installation, or in stages).

Failure to pay on time may result in delays, cancellation, or legal action.
3. Surveys and Installation

A pre-installation survey will be conducted to confirm technical suitability.

Any changes required after the survey (e.g. due to structural concerns or unforeseen issues) will be discussed and agreed with you before proceeding.

Installation dates are provided in good faith but may be subject to change due to supplier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Warranty

Our products come with a 15-30 year warranty covering manufacturing defects and installation.

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase.

The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or alterations made by third parties.

Routine maintenance (e.g. lubrication of hinges and locks, cleaning) is the customer’s responsibility.
5. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure access to the property on the agreed installation date.

Remove any obstructions (furniture, valuables, etc.) near the installation area.

Notify us of any known structural or access issues in advance.
6. Liability

We are not liable for delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g. supplier delays, extreme weather, strikes).

Our total liability is limited to the value of the contract.

We are not liable for incidental or consequential losses (e.g. lost income, alternative accommodation) unless required by law.
